If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to share valid bank account details to facilitate the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Exchanges

Zygrocer does not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return (subject to eligibility) and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
