Zygrocer offers multiple shipping options. You will be prompted to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value and selected shipping method and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that dispatch times are separate from delivery timelines.


Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Kindly ensure that your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Delivery addresses cannot be modified once the order is confirmed.

  • Zygrocer does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.


International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees as determined by the destination country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Any such fees must be borne entirely by the customer.
